As a couple who began dating when we were teenagers. We understand the uphill battle which may present in this type of relationship. It is important for us to mention that in our relationship we had to unlearn some extremely toxic behaviors that did not serve us or strengthen our bond. We have thrived because of our willingness to listen to each other and understand that there were necessary changes that needed to happen, then we acted. Now, please do not for one second think that this was an easy feat, as our union has had its share of hurt and heartbreak. However, we never allowed our age, upbringing, external factors, ignorance etc. to be a crutch or an excuse. We instead were molded and made better as a result. God has truly been our rock and has blessed us beyond measure. We believe in young love. How about you? Please share your views!
